Hello Glizer Community, we (Minecraft) have a problem with a Glizer-Server, http/www.glizer.de/serverdetail/index.php?data=s.PrimeCraft.de. He recently banned some of our Users and Team members... Just to give some impressions: http://www.glizer.de/serverdetail/index.php?data=s.PrimeCraft.de&ssub=reputations http://www.glizer.de/serverdetail/index.php?data=s.PrimeCraft.de&ssub=reputations&start=50 They also copied parts of our map, to compare, first a part of the primecraft-map, then the Map from Stadt: http://minecraft.nitrado.net/map/85.131.153.185/#/-17/64/-1069/-2/0/0 http://map.Minecraft.de/?x=-1350&z=-90&worldname=Stadt&zoom=5&mapname=surface I tried to join their Teamspeakserver to find a solution for the problem. My nickname was like "[MCCV / Mod] M4tTzz3". I've been nearly instantly banned after I joined. This is a nonacceptable behavior. Some other facts about PrimCraft: We updated our guild system on 9th July: http://forum.Minecraft.de/thread-3939.html There are many matches to the guild System from primecraft, initialised 20 days later: http://primecraft.de/forum/index.php?page=Thread&postID=2292 It's obvious, that they copied many requirements... I know the thread is from their archive, but I couldn't found any other pages for their guild system. Based on their threads in their actual system, http://primecraft.de/forum/index.php?page=Board&boardID=12, I guess i'm right. This Topic is nearly completly copied from us... The guild "Der hohe Rat", prefix "DhR", was founded in autumn 2011 in Stadt. The last guild thread was posted on 9th Juli 2012, disolved on 12th august: http://forum.Minecraft.de/thread-4339.html PrimeCraft founded a guild called "Der hohe Rat", "DhR", on 27th September 2012, 2 days ago: http://primecraft.de/forum/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=850 ------------------------- These are just some facts, not everything, but i tried to summarize it... At least, we hope this server is going to be removed from Glizer. It isn't impossible that we're going to take legal measures against Primcraft. Sincerly M4tTzz3
AW: Request for a Server-Removal The bans were local, so they're not violating the rules. glizer cannot kick out an active server just because they don't want some specific players on it. The map theft is also something we're not allowed to go after. Contact Nitrado, they'll make actions against such a map theft.
AW: Request for a Server-Removal Correct me if I'm wrong, so Glizer is supporting personal revenge campaigns aggainst other servers? But that wouldn't be the problem, if they would'nt participate our Users. It's a free card for every server to ban users for no reason, extending their reputation list, just because the played once on our server?
Re: Request for a Server-Removal I think no, but if you see this from an other perspective: These all bans are with the reason "Importet from localy Banfile", and these are all localbans not globalbans. So if you see: The Glizer Team cant do anything '.'
AW: Request for a Server-Removal We said it in Ts yestersay, but if you want to know a reputation from one of your Users and you see this ban: You can see, he never was on the Server, so you can ignore that, if the User wanted to be a part of your team or something like this.
