Server banners user globally for reasons that cannot Allow the g-ban

Well, I've got a problem with a server which bans every user ONLY with a gban. For example "Farmen ausserhalb der stadt" (eng. farming outside the city). Well this is really no reason for a gban! And look at the other reputation!

I've checked the server, but i don't find abnormally things - Glizer Abuse.

What is "farming outside the city"? Griefing? So GlobalBan.

Well i think, a gban is a bit too hard

I think they can globalban with this reason, because its an other form of griefing. We did this also on map 4-6.
